Journalist Richard Keys questions whether Manchester United should continue to trust Ruben Amorim and suggests Gareth Southgate as a potential replacement

Sunday’s 0-1 home defeat to Wolves was their 15th defeat in the Premier League this season and leaves them languishing in 14th place with five games left in the season.

Keys questioned the คาสิโนออนไลน์ UFABET ฝากถอนรวดเร็ว เริ่มต้นเล่นง่าย Portuguese’s future, telling Ufabet Sports: “The question is do you trust him now, given what we’ve seen with the rebuilding of Manchester United for another £250m.”

Andy Gray asked back: “If you don’t trust him then who is it? That’s the question.” At this point Keys brought up Southgate’s name: “Do you want me to answer the question? Gareth Southgate.”

Gray raised an eyebrow in confusion and ask, “For what reason?” Keys replied, “Because he’s take England to two Euro finals. He understands the modern player and what it takes to make the modern player feel good about themselves, their team and the club they play for. He’s a master at management and motivation.”

Gray continued: “Excuse me, is this the same Gareth Southgate I’ve heard you talk about for years? Come on! A manager and a motivator? Keysey, he’s never won anything!”

But Keys also defend Southgate, saying: “You can’t deny the fact that he’s take England to two finals and almost won them. He’s always ready and he’s highly regard as a coach.”

“His club career wasn’t a success but what I’m talking about is that he’s grown as a coach, working with his talent to become a big personality.”

“So why not? I think he understands the modern footballer as well or better than most. Talk to people who have worked with him and they all give him high praise.”
