Former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher believes Trent Alexander-Arnold’s wild goal celebration against Leicester City was meaningless.

The England right-back scored the winner as his team edge closer to winning the Premier League title. With a shirtless celebration after being heavily criticise over his move to Real Madrid in recent months.

Some fans questioned สมัคร UFABET วันนี้ รับเครดิตฟรีสำหรับสมาชิกใหม่ whether the celebrations could be a sign that he will opt to reject Los Blancos and stay with the Reds.

Asked if the wild goal celebration could be interpret in any way. Carragher said: “No. He never really spoke about his future throughout the season. Whether a decision had been made or not. I think most people think he has made a decision.”

“It’s difficult for him to give a straightforward answer. The frustration for Liverpool fans is that all the time there are talks with Virgil van Dijk and Mohamed Salah, it’s within the bounds that they both want to stay.”

“That tells you everything about Trent, who is a local boy. Most of us know what happened,”

As for Alexander-Arnold, his future remains up in the air, despite the strong links to Real Madrid. Following Mohamed Salah’s and Virgil van Dijk’s recent contract extensions, he remains the only one yet to put pen-to-paper on a fresh deal, but was giving nothing away despite his jubilant celebrations following today’s winner against Leicester.
