  • Whipping cream 500 ml.

How to make Creme Brulee?

     1. Preheat oven to 120 degrees Celsius, use top and bottom heat. Set aside.

     2. Put whipping cream and vanilla extract in a pot and heat until warm.

     3 Beat egg yolks and sugar together with a hand whisk.

     4. Beat until the sugar dissolves and becomes a smooth texture with the eggs.

     5. Gradually add the warmed milk mixture and mix well.

     7. Pour the cake into the mold and pour hot water into the baking tray until the water is about 1 cm high. Put the cake in the oven at 120 degrees Celsius, turn on the top and bottom heat, bake for about 40 minutes or until the cake is cooked.

     8. When the cake is done, remove it from the tray, let it cool, then put it in the refrigerator. Before serving, we will sprinkle sugar on top of the cake and burn the sugar with a blowtorch to burn the sugar into crispy caramel.
