PTSD, an abbreviation for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is a state of mental illness when faced with a seriously traumatic event. Resulting in a lot of stress. Whether it’s heartbreaking Sadness from the loss that has occurred to oneself or others body, suffering from physical harm to oneself and those close to oneself. Such as seeing others die in front of one’s eyes, being locked up, raped, robbed, murdered

Symptoms of PTSD are roughly divided into two stages:

  1. The coming to terms with state is the period of suffering immediately after the event has ended. It is stress that occurs suddenly. But it can cause nervous symptoms.UFABET  
  2. The second phase may occur after the event has passed for some time. The symptoms may occur for 1 month or may last for years. Symptoms that may occur are:
  • Frequently seeing hallucinations from recurring events
  • There was a feeling of alertness, vigilance, and panic that something like that might happen again. Causes irritability, irritability, restlessness, insomnia, inability to concentrate and easily stressed.
  • Avoid hearing stories that are similar to violent events that have occurred, such as crime news. Or various accidents from the media or talking about related stories from people around you.
  • Starting to feel negatively about yourself, blaming yourself, not seeing your own worth. Not happy no matter what you do I don’t want to do what I used to do and was happy. Until I started not wanting to live anymore. and may lead to suicide.
